Other Business
Banquets
A new policy for end of season banquets will have to be discussed as there is a new regulation that will not allow our ‘pot luck’ style banquets because food that is cooked at home cannot be brought in to be served. Food would have to be cooked on school property or supplied by an outside caterer. To be discussed at a future meeting.
Outdoor Concession Stand
Cathy Crawford needs at least 5 parents to help out at in the concession stand at each home football game. She is willing to do the prep-work but needs help during the game.
Cathy will coordinate with Dan Thornton and the Water Dept to oversee that water pipe is working and has been checked.
Outdoor Football Field Lighting
$30,000 in a CD earmarked for “football lighting” ……can we raise the additional $70,000 needed to install football lighting or do we use the money for other improvements to sports facilities at Pentucket? …to be discussed at a future meeting
Motion to change PAA meeting dates to the first Wednesday of every month
Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm
